CHANGES

As we put out final clips on final cut and watched them we saw that some of them still were not flowing properly so we decided to have more effects and transitions to make it seem like it is going in a order that will still make sense.

We do not think that we are going to have to film again because we do like the shots we have made are just but we are just working on how it is going to flow nicely.

We are trying to use elias' shots to give the audience a visceral effect of jumping or getting a bit shocked at what they see.

The clips we had previously used that we didn't think was going to fit, we do want to use after all as it will be part of the flashback scenes.

On shoot photos to record filming. : PRODUCTION

As a group we found this setting suitable for our opening and a great location for someone to go for a walk on their own or with company. We were surrounded by construction taking place and a lot of pigeons however, we were able to cooperate with them and the natural surroundings incorporated realism to the idea of going out with someone on a normal day. This location was very big and it had a lot of hiding places so we were able to film three different flashbacks in this location, which also adds a question to the audience, such as why this man takes all these females to the same park?

Phone Booth.

Phone booth has to be one of my favourite films with one of my favourite actors in it and the fact that it is a thriller is a BIG help with doing media!

Stu (Colin Farrell) plays the part of a guy who is a conceited publicist who wonders about cheating on his wife Kelly (Radha Mitchell) with another woman who is called Pam (Katie Holmes).

After work Stu decides to call Pam from a phone booth and while he is in there a man tries to deliever a pizza to him which he refuses to take and tells the guy to go away. when he is finished with the phone call to Pam and hangs up... the phone rings. This is where the suspense and tension begins to start.

The man on the phone (Kiefer Sutherland) starts to tell Stu things that he can see about him but he doesn't say who he is, how he knows the information and where he is located.

He torments Stu and makes him say things that he doesn't want to say and also tries to frame him for the murder of a guy that he didn't kill as he uses mind tricks to get Stu's fingerprints on a gun he had earlier planted in the booth.

Throughout the film, the use of mind games and tricks keeps the audience interested and then it ends with a twist that you do not expect!

storyboard animatic - changes from the original

this is just a rough version.. another one will be put up soon

Film to watch!

Although it isn't a thriller, i recommend that people go and see hall pass!
The film is about two wives who think that their husbands should have a 'week off marriage'.
The husbands see it as a 'dream come true' but little did they know they were in for dissapoinment!

The idea of the film is genius and the film on a whole is absolutely hilarious. The main actors Owen Wilson and Jason Sudeikis played their parts very well and always had little suprises for the audience and they made the film that much better.

I would say this film is aimed more at women but it should be something that everyone sees!
